Attentions During the Crane Load Moment Indicator LMI Application

a.    The connection between sensors and instrument must be fixed firmly, and the shielding wire of sensors must be reliably grounded.

b.    Do not plug in or pull out any connecting wire when the instrument is linked to the power in case of any electrostatic damage to the instrument or the sensor.

c.    As sensors and instrument are static-sensitive equipment, anti-static measures shall be taken properly during operation.

d.    During thunderstorm season, the system must be implemented thorough lightning protection measures to prevent damages caused by lightning to the sensors and the instrument and to ensure the safety of operator and safe operation of the weighing equipment and related facility.

e.    Do not use it in places where flammable and explosive gases, steam and dust are accessible, or in pressured canning system.

f.     Put the instrument and the sensors away from strong magnetic field, strong electric field, highly corrosive substances, and explosive objects.

g.    It is forbidden to use strong solvents (such as: benzene, nitro-class oil) to clean the surface of the instrument.

h.    Do not inject liquid or other conductive particles into the instrument to prevent the instrument from damages and electric shock；If it is used outside, you should do water-proof treatment.

i.      Prior to connecting the inserted instrument with peripheral equipment, the power of instrument and related equipment should be cut off.

j.      The external interfaces of the instrument should be used in strict alignment with methods noted in the manual, one should not change the connections without authorization. If it is used outside, you should do water-proof treatment.

k.    Before connecting inserted instrument and external equipment, you must cut off the power of the instrument and the rated equipment at first.

l.      The interface to the instrument should be connected strictly by reference to the method in the manual operations, it shouldn’t be altered without connection.

m.    Users can send the instrument and a copy of the receipt (number matched) to our company for professional maintenance free of charge if there is any non-man-made fault under normal operating environment within one year of warranty period from the date of sale.

n.    For any faults beyond the warranty period, faults by man-made harms or other accidental damages, the manufacturing plant will charge for maintenance of the instrument.

o.    The connection and wiring between power and the weighing instrument should try to exclude external electromagnetic interference to avoid mechanical damage.

p.    Users shall not replace any parts of the product without authorization. Users should contact the manufacturer to settle the faults during operation in order to avoid breakdown of the product.
