Recently, the Yanzipo Hydropower Station's lifting equipment safety monitoring and management system undertaken by Weite Technologies Co., Ltd. has been accepted.

Yanjin Yanzipo Power Station is located in Gokou, Tantou Village, Tantou Township, Yanjin County. The total installed capacity of the power station is 64,000 kilowatts and the total project investment is about 510 million yuan. It is a riverbed development, and the project focuses on power generation, combined with long-term shipping development. The project started construction in April 2008. The official power generation in January 2019; the operation, power generation and commissioning of the Yanzipo Power Station will bring favorable conditions to the local economic development of Yanjin, guaranteeing employment, and alleviating the pressure of power shortage.

The cooperation project between Weite and Yanjin Yanzipo Power Station is a newly installed online safety monitoring device for the dam crest gate crane. Gantry cranes, also called gantry cranes, are a variant of bridge cranes. With the development of industrial construction, bridge cranes are used more and more frequently, and overturning accidents occur from time to time. Derailment and overturning often lead to major accidents involving plane destruction and death.

According to the State Council’s notice in July 2010 on the mandatory implementation of a monitoring and management system for the installation of large cranes. In July 2012, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China issued GB/T 28264-2012 "Lifting Machinery Safety Monitoring and Management System".

Weite Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting of GB/T 28264-2017 "Lifting Machinery Safety Monitoring and Management System" implemented in May 2018. According to the requirements of the national standard GB/T28264-2017 and relevant national regulations, real-time monitoring of the working process of the crane is required. The newly installed online safety monitoring device of the dam crest gantry crane realizes real-time monitoring of all links and important safety status during the operation of the crane's entire control system, and generates corresponding safety status warning information to prompt the operator to respond in time.

WTSM-A safety monitoring management system

The WTSM-A safety monitoring system is a crane safety protection device produced by Weite. It is mainly used for recording and alarming the operating status of the crane. It is forbidden to operate the crane under the detected dangerous state. This product has the functions of real-time monitoring of the safe production of the crane, warning of danger and prohibiting operation in the dangerous direction, which can effectively improve the safety of the crane during use.

The WTSM-A safety monitoring system adopts a modular structure and consists of four parts: the instrument host, the lower computer, the sensor, and the monitoring display screen.

 Installed sensors

The host of the system instrument is a microcomputer host for display, operation and signal processing. Signal acquisition, conversion and transmission are completed by lower-level computers and sensors (including weight sensors, height sensors, encoders, etc.). The monitoring display, hard disk video recorder and camera respectively perform monitoring display, monitoring information processing, and monitoring information collection.

By installing safety monitoring devices, meeting the installation requirements put forward by the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the main lifting equipment of the power station has an early warning function, creating conditions for the safe operation of the equipment in the future, and achieving the expected results.
