On the morning of May 8, 2020, the 130M piling vessel "Sanhangzhuang 20" built by China Merchants Heavy Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. for China Communications Third Aviation Bureau held a delivery ceremony at the China Merchants Industry Shenzhen Marzhou Island Base, marking The world's largest piling ship is officially born. Yin Jianbing, deputy general manager of CCCC Third Aviation Bureau, Luo Maocai, general manager of China Classification Society Shenzhen Branch, Wang Yangzhi, general manager of China Merchants Heavy Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and related persons attended the delivery ceremony.
Designed by Shanghai Jiahao Chuanhai Engineering Research and Design Co., Ltd., Sanhangzhuang No. 20 was started on Mar. 18, 2018. It has a length of 108 meters, a width of 38 meters, and a depth of 7.2 meters. Equipped with 2 sets of 1760kW driving hydraulic oil pump sets, equipped with 2 sets of 450 tons main lifting pile trolley sets and 1 set of 300 tons auxiliary lifting pile trolley sets, the pile frame height is 128 meters, and the pile driving operation can adapt to the maximum pile diameter of 5 meters. The operating capacity of the maximum pile weight is 450 tons, and the GPS positioning system and the four-corner draft system with an accuracy of centimeter level are set to accurately position the pile driving.
The lifting capacity of the main hook is 450 tons, the height of the pile frame is 133 meters, and the maximum lifting capacity of the pile frame is 700 tons. It can adapt to all offshore areas and 50 meters underwater. It can meet the construction requirements of pile length 105m+ water depth and diameter Φ5000mm,which is the largest and highest piling ship in the world.
The ship adopts a mature hydraulic drive method to provide power source for the three main systems of the ship-the ship winch operating system, the pile crane operating system and the luffing system. The pile driving hammer adopts the most advanced and independent hydraulic system IHC-S800 hydraulic hammer currently on the market, and the whole ship cooling system adopts a non-seawater direct contact internal circulation method.
On the basis of many years of experience in the use of piling ships on the actual ship, CCCC III has optimized the layout, system and equipment configuration of the ship together with the design unit, which truly reflects the advanced concept of energy conservation and environmental protection. With the joint efforts of CCCC, China Classification Society and China Merchants Heavy Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., the project team has carefully designed and scientifically organized to overcome the epidemic situation that has caused the project production, equipment transportation and commissioning. Great impact, successfully shortened the half-year construction cycle and delivered in advance.
The successful delivery of the project will add new outstanding achievement to the offshore construction equipment of China Communications and Sanhang Bureau, which will greatly enhance the right to speak in the field of offshore construction including offshore wind power, and further demonstrate the strength of the Sanhang brand. It will add another great weapon for my country's marine resource development and offshore engineering projects.
Since Sanhang Pile 20 is the largest newly built pile vessel in the world, the relevant installation and commissioning regulations are strictly controlled, and the technical requirements are high. On-site installers must climb the top of the 130-meter pile ship’s boom and install the weight sensor and hook limit, it is very difficult to install.
