Recently, the installation and commissioning of the sluice control system for Wujiadu Power Plant has been completed, and it has successfully passed the customer's acceptance. The project is the transformation of 15 sand flushing sluice gates and 3 tailwater sluice gate control systems.

Wujiadu Power Plant is a comprehensive water conservancy project that mainly generates power and improves shipping conditions. The power station currently has 15 flood gates and 3 tailgates. The normal storage level of the reservoir is 395.00m, the corresponding storage capacity is 19 million m³, and the total storage capacity is 57.06 million m³; the power station is a low-head riverbed type power station with daily regulation performance.

Before the transformation, the gate control system equipment of Wujiadu Power Plant was aging, the reliability risk increased, and the demand for remote control could not be met. After careful communication and research between the two parties, Microtech developed an accurate solution for this project. The implementation of this scheme has improved the stability and accuracy of the power plant equipment, and realized various monitoring methods such as "on-site manual", "on-site automatic" and "remote control", effectively ensuring the safe operation of the gates of the power plant, and meeting the requirements during the flood season. Timely adjust the traffic demand.

Guaranteed quality and quantity, efficient completion

The project started construction at the end of 2022. During the implementation process, it experienced a critical period when the epidemic control policy was fully released across the country.
