Weite helps China Railway Construction Group develop a new 1,000-Ton Beam Lifting Machine

The HLT1000/40C tire-type beam lifting machine installed this time has a maximum lifting weight of 1,000 tons. Like a "strongman", it can complete the lifting of 40-meter, 32-meter, 24-meter, 20-meter single-line and double-line and whole-hole prestressed concrete beams in the prefabrication yard. Compared with the wheel-rail beam moving machine, the tire-type beam moving machine has the advantages of fast construction speed, flexible operation, and can take, move and drop beams at any pedestal without the need for auxiliary machinery and excessive labor.
