In water conservancy projects, the safe operation of radial gates is of vital importance. Technical principles
1. Technical route selection
The Weite radial gate online monitoring system adopts multi-sensor fusion.
Stress monitoring: Durable surface strain gauges are used in combination with finite element models to analyze static/dynamic stress.
Vibration monitoring: Three-axis accelerometers capture flow-induced vibrations and mechanical vibrations.
Operation posture monitoring: Two-axis inclination sensors calculate gate inclination in real time.
Acoustic emission monitoring: High-sensitivity sensors detect abnormalities such as jamming and wear of support hinge bearings.
Internet of Things and data analysis: Real-time data transmission and cloud storage are achieved through multi-channel data acquisition boxes and on-site workstations; time domain/frequency domain analysis is combined with AI algorithms to predict fault trends.
Standard compliance: Strictly follow industry standards such as NB/T 10859-2021 to ensure monitoring accuracy and system reliability.

The Weite radial gate online monitoring system adopts the technical principle of multi-sensor fusion + intelligent analysis, transmits and processes the gate operation data through information, and realizes real-time online monitoring of the static stress, dynamic stress, flow-induced vibration response, operation posture and support hinge bearing wear operation status of the gate main beam and arm structure under the radial gate working condition. When data abnormalities occur, the system automatically identifies and alarms. It ensures the safe operation of equipment around the clock, extends its service life, and reduces operation and maintenance costs.
System composition
It is mainly composed of surface stress sensor, acoustic emission sensor, acceleration vibration sensor, stroke displacement sensor, inclination sensor and multi-channel multi-functional signal acquisition processor, data analysis system host and display.
