Smart construction site-tower crane safety monitoring and management system

Tower crane black box (also called tower crane remote safety monitoring system) is mainly used for real-time monitoring of tower cranes to avoid safety accidents caused by operator negligence or misjudgment, and can greatly ensure the safe use of tower cranes.

The black box of Weite WTL tower crane is in accordance with GB/T 5031-2008 "Tower Crane", GB 12602-2009 "Overload Protection Device for Hoisting Machinery", GB 5144-2006 "Tower Crane Safety Regulations", GB 6067.1-2010 " A new generation of high-performance tower crane safety monitoring devices designed and produced according to relevant requirements such as "Safety Regulations for Hoisting Machinery" and GB/T3811-2008 "Code for Crane Design". The main functions of the tower crane group intelligent anti-collision system include collision alarm between tower cranes and tower crane area protection.

 

 

Characteristics of intelligent anti-collision system for tower crane clusters

1. Advanced algorithm ensures that alarm signals are sent out in time.

2. Additional installation does not change the original wiring and structure of the tower crane and will not produce any negative effects.

3. Sound and light prompts are simple and convenient, which can remind the driver of danger in time without distracting the driver's attention.

4. Centralized management, all data changes and parameter adjustments can be completed in the monitoring room without the need for tower crane operations.

5. Centralized observation. The monitoring room can observe the operation of the equipment on each tower crane in real time and detect faults in time.

6. Reliable communication, long communication distance, and strong ability to pass through obstacles.

7. It is easy to install and disassemble, and the installation process has little impact on the tower crane operation.

8. The equipment on the tower is easy to operate, and the driver does not need to modify any data to avoid malfunctions caused by human misoperation.

When the two tower arms are of equal height, their tower arms (including the rear arms) may collide with each other. SPS16 can send out an alarm signal when the two tower crane arms are close to remind the driver to operate with caution.

 

Tower arm area protection

The tower arm can be restricted from entering certain specific areas to prevent the tower arm from colliding with stationary obstacles such as buildings and telegraph poles.

When the two tower arms are not of equal height, the low tower crane arm may collide with the high tower crane body. SPS16 can sound an alarm when the low tower crane arm approaches the high tower crane body to remind the driver to operate with caution.
