The port dynamic weighing system provided by Weite is specially designed for gantry cranes and ship unloaders. Through the system management platform, the weight of cargo is recorded in real time and detailed data reports are generated, which helps port operators to grasp the unloading status and operation efficiency in real time, and promotes the digitalization and refinement of cargo management in Dongwu Port

It is worth mentioning that during the implementation of this project, the original optical fiber channel needed to be adapted to the Weite product, and the poor communication between the electrical room and the driver's room of the ship unloader became a special case in the implementation of the Dongwu Port project. In order to solve this problem, the project team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the optical fiber channel of the port, selected the best line for adaptation and connection, and strictly tested the optical attenuation to ensure stability. After multiple rounds of debugging and optimization, seamless connection and stable communication were finally achieved, and all functions of the system were successfully accepted.
