Anchor Windlass Loading System

In order to avoid the serious accident of breaking the cable due to excessive tension when dropping anchor, the anchor wire rope may break due to the uncertainty of load during operation, resulting in economic losses, and even the anchor head may break due to excessive tension, resulting in the loss of the anchor head. Therefore, in the process of using the wire rope, it is undoubtedly of great significance to detect the actual tension and its changes in the design, installation, use and maintenance of the wire rope. We have designed this anchor tension monitoring system. During the process of retracting and releasing the anchor, the operator can monitor the tension of the anchor through the system and safely retract and release the anchor cable.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The whole windlass tension monitoring system consists of 4 relatively independent systems (4 windlasses) connected by repeaters to form an MPI network, which is connected to the 8″ touch screen in the central control room, and the touch screen in the central control room can monitor the status and status of the all 4 windlasses parameter: 


1. WTZ-A300 4 units (including display cover) If need mounting bracket for the display depends on site investigation. 

2. 4 units of encoder SAG-1212 used for measuring the winch cable length (including flexible shaft flange and cover) 6*0.75MM special cable for marine engineering, sensor cable length depends on site, if need mounting bracket for each sensor depends on site.

3. WTL-A700 display 1 unit (with RS485 communication processing and 220V transfer instrument needs power supply) .

4. 4 units ZX-40T load pin including 4*0.75MM special cable for marine engineering, sensor cable length dependes on site 

5. Marine engineering special cable 4*0.75MM for site needed. 

6. Mounting screws and other necessary corresponding accessories.
