Components of the WTAU hydraulic crane load moment indicator system WTL-A700-YY

Display The hydraulic torque limiter is a hydraulic torque limiter specially designed for truck cranes, tire cranes, all-terrain helicopters and other equipment. It is commonly known as a hydraulic power take-off crane computer. The torque limiter consists of a host instrument, a length and angle sensor, a hydraulic sensor, a signal rope and other parts.	Angle length sensor This sensor accurately measures both the length and angle of the crane's boom, providing essential data for calculating load moments and maintaining safe lifting practices.	A2B limit switch The switch is installed with a weight of appropriate weight, and the up and down movement of the hook is used to lift or release the weight. When the weight is disconnected or the switch is turned on, the power supply brake system of the winch is automatically cut off to limit the overwinding of the wire rope and to achieve the purpose of lifting the hook within a certain height.

Oil pressure sensor The load cells are sensors integrated into the crane's lifting mechanism, precisely measuring Hydraulic oil pressure and transmitting this data to the LMI system for analysis.
