Load Moment Indicator(safe load indicator or Crane computer) is a device which is installed on various sorts of cranes like mobile, crawler, tower, gantry, portal, marine and offshore crane. It alert the operator if the lift is exceeding the safe operating range. In some cases, the device will physically lock out the machinery in circumstances it determines to be unsafe. It controls the lifting equipment to function as per the manufacturer's suggested safe load charts. Each of the measured parameters like load weight, working radius, control limit,angle and extension of the crane boom, etc will then further be displayed in the operator's cabin. | BH Load Cell
The BH plate ring weight sensor is installed between the force-bearing fixed rope and the fixed connection on the lifting rope, replacing the original shaft pin installation. There are two shaft pin holes at both ends of the sensor, one end is installed on the crane lifting lug or clamp ring, and the other end is connected to the wire rope.

The ZX axle pin weight sensor is installed at the axle pin of the fixed pulley on the lifting rope, replacing the original axle pin installation position.
The fixed pulley is close to the axle pin sensor. When the fixed pulley is stressed, the part close to the sensor will generate force, causing the sensor to deform, thereby outputting the corresponding modulus value to detect the stress condition. It is suitable for lifting equipment with rigging, connecting forks, lifting rings, etc. |
Angle Sensor
JD-180 crane angle sensor consists of a potentiometer and a pendulum, which can be installed on the boom of the crane. The angle of the boom to the ground is measured by the weight driving the potentiometer to rotate and output the corresponding voltage value.
