Weite assists "China Wind Power" Project

Recently, the safety monitoring system developed by Weite for the boom tower crane in the wind power industry has been applied to the JLD2250 wind power tower crane of a heavy industry group in Henan, and the installation and commissioning work has been successfully completed.

 

On December 12, 2020, President Xi Jinping announced at the Climate Ambition Summit that by 2030, China’s carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP will drop by more than 65% from 2005, and non-fossil energy will account for 25% of primary energy consumption. Around this time, the forest stock volume will increase by 6 billion cubic meters over 2005, and the total installed capacity of wind power and solar power will reach 1.2 billion kilowatts or more.

Wind power generators are gradually developing in the direction of large units and high wind towers. The wind power industry is faced with problems such as lack of ultra-high lifting equipment, high lifting costs, difficult lifting, and difficult maintenance and repair. The JLD2250 wind power tower crane has a maximum lifting height of 198 meters and a maximum lifting weight of 180 tons. It can fully cover the hoisting of high-tower wind turbines with low wind speeds below 6MW. It is the highest lifting height and the heaviest lifting weight without attachment. The special equipment for wind power hoisting has the highest product performance parameters among similar products in the world.

 

The luffing boom tower crane developed and produced by the heavy industry technology company is widely used in construction operations. The WTSM-A safety monitoring system independently developed by Weite Technologies is aimed at the luffing boom tower crane. It is easy to install, practical and convenient, and the sensor has excellent anti-interference ability and stability. In addition, the JLD2250 wind power tower crane is equipped with a WTSM-A safety monitoring system, as well as a WTAU brand DXZ height limiter and a WFM-1 azimuth sensor.

 

The DXZ type height limiter is composed of a high-precision large transmission ratio reducer and a mechanical memory control mechanism and sensors synchronized with its output shaft. It can be widely used in the control and limit of the space three coordinates of lifting and transmission machinery in construction, port, mining and other industries. It has the characteristics of small size, multiple functions, high precision, strong versatility of adjustable limit, and convenient maintenance, installation, and adjustment.

Weite WFM-1 azimuth Sensor

 

The WFM-1 type azimuth sensor is composed of a highly reliable, strong interference industrial-grade single-chip microcomputer and a highly reliable magnetic flux sensor and drive chip. The integration is very high, and it can achieve reliable, high-precision, and strong anti-magnetic field interference horizontal position detection. Using SPI interface, it can output 0°-365° angle, and has the functions of true north calibration and hard magnetic compensation.
